At High Maintenance Beauty Collection, we take pride in providing premium-quality human hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits once an order has been placed and processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Human hair wigs
  • Lace front wigs
  • HD lace wigs
  • Bundles
  • Closures
  • Frontals
  • Hair extensions
  • Custom wig orders
  • Colored hair products
  • Sale or promotional items

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@highmaintenancebeautycollection.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging received

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement for eligible cases involving shipping damage or fulfillment errors. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, High Maintenance Beauty Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

Chargebacks

By placing an order with High Maintenance Beauty Collection, you agree to contact our customer service team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks for products delivered as ordered may result in the denial of future purchases.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy and understand that all sales are final.
